CONVENIENCE and AMENITIES will keep you coming back to this lovely condo at LionSquare Lodge, the BEST location in Vail…literally ON the slope (if you ski too fast off the skier bridge you will PASS it….really!) Let the ski valet store your skis or board the moment you take them off. Walk a few yards and you’re in a luxurious comfy lobby sipping hot cocoa or cider while warming in front of the lobby fireplace. Go down one flight (all inside) and you’re in your condo taking off your boots, then one flight down again and you’re in one of 2 fabulous hot tubs with strong jets massaging your back and legs. Use the 2 spacious changing rooms so everyone can shower and change simultaneously and be ready for a night out or sitting on the extremely comfy sofas watching a movie (free DVD’s). Parents can enjoy the cozy living room in front of the electric fireplace (blows nice warm air you can feel while sitting on the sofas) while the children are tucked into the bunkbeds (double over double) in the spacious quiet second room that sleeps 3 separately (additional queen mattress can be pulled out and put on the floor next to the bunk beds) or 4+ if sharing.
The sofas can also be slept on (on top as singles) in great comfort (owner has tested this!)
This condo is a small but very well laid-out. Master has a king and a window that looks onto the flagstone walls of the ‘mini-courtyard’ Second room has no windows, so is very quiet but cannot be officially called a “bedroom.” Very spacious but not for anyone who needs to see outside. The living room (see photos) also has NO VIEW, but there are sliding glass doors that open onto the ‘mini-courtyard’ surrounded by flagstone, and semi-open above to see the weather. The condo was recently remodeled so all the furnishings are new. Please ask owner if you have questions after reviewing the photos.
LionSquare provides great amenities, including a restaurant with great views on premises (just down the hall and up a flight from the condo…less than 2 min walk all INDOORS!,) the hot tub and pool,, the changing/shower rooms, computer center, free wifi, free covered parking (just down 2 hallways…on the same level), and a fully equipped gym! LOCATION!
